After eight successful years (and one year lost to COVID-19), we are more excited than ever to be planning the 10th and FINAL Annual Jeffrey Donnelly Memorial Softball Tournament! Who?
Anyone! The great thing about this tournament is that it is open to anyone (over the age of 14)! We are all about having fun and building friendships while we celebrate the life and memory of our friend, Mr. Donnelly. Players of all skill levels are welcome to join a team, or form their own; we try to balance the brackets when we're matching teams for game-day to make sure everyone has a good time! What?
The Jeffrey Donnelly Memorial Softball Tournament is a two-day, recreational slow-pitch softball tournament. Whether you've been playing since you were old enough to walk, or this is your first time on the field, you're going to have fun! We strive to create an environment that fosters competitive fun while remaining stress free.
When?
This year's tournament will be held on Saturday, August 7th and Sunday, August 8th, starting at approximately 7am both mornings. Games and festivities will begin promptly at their scheduled start time. Team captains will receive more information from the tournament team regarding their team's play times and locations as the tournament date gets closer.
Where?
The 10th Annual Jeffrey Donnelly Memorial Softball Tournament will be held at the Jeff Donnelly Memorial Softball Complex at the East End Park in Mahanoy City.
