To ensure you get everything, we have noted the inteded audience and whether it is a required document, FYI document, or a required team share document! Please read the description next to each document for more information.
Tournament Announcement Flyer
This document details information regarding tournament dates, times, and how to sponsor or play! The intended audience for this document is everyone! If you have volunteered to help post flyers, you can print more here. If you'd like to hang flyers, just because you're a nice person, please make sure you obtain permission from the business/owner before doing so!
Team Registration Form
This form will give you all the information you need to get your team officially registered! Each team must have a captain and that person will be responsible for collecting registration fees, submitting paperwork, and disseminating information to their team. More information on captain responsibilities can be found in the "Tournament Rules" document.
Tournament Rules
This doucument contains the official rules for the tournament. Each captain is responsible for sharing this information with their team, and is ultimately responsible for their team's actions. Please ensure each member of your team reads or receives a copy of the rules!

Parental Consent & Liability Form
This form is required for any players under the age of 18; no exceptions. Captains are responsible for ensuring thier underage players and parents/guardians have completed this form. Please return any completed "Parental Consent & Liability" forms with your team registration form, if possible.
